Tomato 1 kg
Garlic 50 to 100gm
Dry red chilli – 3 to 4
Mustard oil – 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds – 2 tablespoon for pickle masala & 1 teaspoon for tempering
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds (saunf) – 2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 2 tablespoon
Tamarind paste – 1 lemon sized
Salt 2 tablespoon
