🍽️ Ingredients:
✅ Kundru (Ivy Gourd) – 250g
✅ curd – 3 teaspoon
✅ Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
✅ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
✅ Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
✅Beetroot – 1 medium size (about 100gm)
✅ Salt – As per taste
✅ Oil – 2 tbsp
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:
1️⃣ Wash and slice kundru thinly.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, fry kundru for about 10 minutes
3️⃣ stir ocasionally
4️⃣ add beetroot and cover it, cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat
5️⃣ Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder
6️⃣ Cover and cook till soft for 2 minutes
7 Turn off the heat and mix 3 tsp curd
