Welcome to our channel! In this video, we’ll show you how to make delicious Instant Masala Paratha, a popular Indian flatbread with a flavorful twist. This recipe is easy to follow and produces a delicious paratha that is sure to please everyone.

Ingredients: For 10 Parathas

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions:

In a kneading tray take wheat flour add salt to taste and mix well
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough (More tip to a perfect soft dough in the video). Adjust the water quantity as needed.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape them into balls.
Take one dough ball and dust it with some flour. Roll it out into a thin circle or oval shape using a rolling pin.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder, turmericc powder, cumin powder, kasuri methi and roll as shown in the video.
Circle the rolled portion and dust it with some flour and using the roll pin make a flat bread
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it.
Cook for a minute or until you see small bubbles forming on the surface. Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side.
Cook the other side for another minute, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking and to get a golden brown color.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve the hot and flavorful masala parathas with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
