Cauliflowers are abundant, nice and fresh when they are on their peak season. So why not grab an oppurtunity to pickle it, store it and eat it everyday for a while? This cauliflower pickle is exactly about that. The process for the recipe you watch in this video is of South Indian style, mainly Andhra because we have followed the traditional Avakaya pachadi method by using the fenugreek seeds nad mustard seeds powder but in an instant preparation. You can make this pachadi and store it for 4-5 days in the room temperature or you can bottle it up and refrigerate it for more than 10 days. I personally like to keep my pachadis fresh and nice so, I usually prepare it in small batches and consume it immediately. This is great for your meals in lunch or dinner and this goes wonderfully well with hot rice and ghee so do try this recipe and enjoy. You can also simply mix it with rice and pack it for your lunchbox whenever you are unable to prepare a full meal.
