Boiled potatoes 1.5kg
Boiled boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Vinegar 2tbsp
4-5 green chilles
1.5 tbsp salt
1.5 tbsp garam masala
1.5 tbsp zeera
1.5 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp curshed black pepper
Coriander and mint leaves

For 3types of coating
1- bread crumbs
2- 1egg(1pinch salt and some coriander & mint)
3- 3tbsp gram flour(besan) 1pinch salt, 1pinch red chilli flakes and some coriander & mint
