Oil – 3 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Tomato – 6 Nos
Garlic – 6 Cloves
Green Chilli – 6 Nos
Tamarind Piece
Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
Mint Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp

To Make Tempering

Oil- 1 Tbsp
Chana Dal – 1tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli – 5 Nos
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 Tsp

You can enjoy this tomato coriander pachadi with plain rice or any tiffin like Idli and dosa. It hardly takes 20-25 mins to prepare this dish.
