To make Sattu Drink

Sattu / Roasted Gram Flour- 1/2 Cup
Almonds – 20 Nos
Banana – 1 No.
Pitted Dates – 4 Nos
Boiled Milk – 2 1/2 Cups

Method
Take 20 almonds, soak it in water, remove the skin and keep it in a bowl.
To a mixer jar. Add half cup of roasted gram and soaked almonds and grind it into a nice powder.
To a blender, add one sliced banana, four pitted dates, add the freshly ground sattu and Almond powder.
Add one and half cups of boiled and cooled milk.
Blend it all together.
Add another cup of milk to get the right consistency of the drink. Blend it all again.
Pour the drink in a glass and garnish it with sliced bananas and chopped pista and almonds.
Protein rich sattu drink is ready to be served nice and chill.
