Sabudana Thalipeeth
Ingredients

Potato – 3 nos
Sabudana – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Green Chili – 2 nos
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Ghee
Water
Salt

Method

Pressure cook the potatoes for 4-5 whistles
Soak 1/2 cup of sabudana in water for overnight
Peel the potatoes and mash them well
Add the soaked sabudana into the bowl, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, cumin seeds
Mash everything together
Pound some roasted peanuts
Add the roasted peanuts to the sabudana mixture
Mix everything well
Take a butter paper and apply some ghee, place a small amount of the sabudana mixture onto the butter paper
Fold the paper, flatten it gently
Heat a tawa with some ghee
Place the flattened sabudana onto the hot tawa
Cook it well on both sides till they turn golden brown in color for about 5 mins
Serve it hot with curd
