Wt type rice flour u use this recipe?its raw or rosted
I made it and it turned out very good. I enhanced it by adding 2 tsp of diced edamame (soy beans), 2 tsp of sprouted moong beans in the blender and 3 tsp of shredded carrots in the batter. Thank you for your recipe and video editing is excellent. There's another variation of this called Pangi with rice flour – Sweet – with milk, sugar, ghee, or Spicy – with yoghurt, chillies, cilantro, cooked between banana leaves. Pangi origin is in coastal region of Maharashtra.
My rice pancake was sticky. It really got spoiled after that. It was also not in a proper circular shape.please help
