Pressure Cooker Chocolate Walnut Cookie
Ingredients

Maida – 1 1/2 cups
Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 Tsp
Unsalted Butter – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg 1 no.
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Walnut – 1 cup
Chocolate chip – 1/2 cup
Rock salt

Method:

1. In a bowl, take maida, coco powder, salt and baking soda. Mix well and keep it aside.
2. In a different bowl, take softened unsalted butter, white sugar and light brown sugar.
3. Mix nicely until they are combined together.
4. To this wet ingredients mixture, add one egg and continue beating.
5. Now add vanilla essence and mix again.
6. To the wet ingredients, add the dry ingredients and beat together.
7. Continue beating until the mixture comes together.
8. Put the pressure cooker on the stove.
9. Line the bottom with an aluminium foil to avoid the staining from the salt.
10. Spread the salt over the foil.
11. Close the cooker and pre heat it heat for 10 mins.
12. Take a lemon size dough ball and flatten it a little bit.
13. Place it over the tray lined with butter paper.
14. Now the cooker is pre-heated, place the trays inside carefully.
15. Close the cooker and cook for 15 mins without placing the weight on top.
16. Delicious Pressure Cooker Walnut Chocolate Cookie is ready.
