Podi Dosa Recipe
Ingredients: Dosa Batter
Oil – 2 tsp

For Podi:
Oil – 2 tsp
Red Chilli – 16 nos
Chana Dal – 3 tbsp
Urad Dal – 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a wide pan
2. Add 15 red chillis and roast till you smell the spicy aroma. Remove and keep aside
3. In the same pan, Add the chana dal, urad dal, sesame seeds, asafoetida powder and roast.
4. Turn off when they turn brown and let them cool
5. Put them in a grinder and add salt and jaggery. Grind in to coarse powder
Your Dosa Powder (Podi) is ready!
6. Pour dosa as usual.
7. When the dosa is 3/4th done, sprinkle the podi according to taste. Drizzle some oil.
8. Remove when don and serve hot!
