To Make Palak Pakoda

Palak Leaves – 1 Bunch
Onion – 2 Nos
Ginger
Green Chilli – 2 Nos

Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
Hing / Asafoetida -1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/313n0Dm)
Rice Flour – 1/4 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/3saLgFa)
Besan / Gram Flour – 1 Cup (Buy:https://amzn.to/45k4kza)
Hot Oil – 2 Tbsp

METHOD:

1. Take chopped palak leaves in a large bowl.
2. Add sliced onions, finely chopped green chillies, ginger, carom seeds, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing/asafoetida, rice flour, besan/gramflour and mix well.
3. Add hot oil to the mixture and mix well.
4. Add water to the pakora mixture gradually and prepare a thick batter.
5. Pour enough oil for deep frying in a kadai.
6. Gently drop the batter in small portions and fry the pakoras until they are golden brown in colour on all sides.
7. Fry the pakoras on a medium low flame.
8. Once done, remove them from the kadai and gently place them on a paper towel.
9. That’s all, crispy and yummy palak pakoras are ready to be served hot and nice with some hot chai by the side.

Palak Pakora is a yummy savory recipe which you all can enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee in the evenings. You can use a fresh bunch of spinach leaves for this recipe and prepare this pakora in minutes. This tastes great and this makes a great party snack too. Beginners, who do not know cooking can also try this one without any hassle.
