Onion & Tomato Paratha
Ingredients
To Make Dough
Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Carom Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Water
To Make Filling
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Garlic – 5 Cloves
Onion – 1 No. Chopped
Green Chili – 2 Nos
Tomato – 2 Nos
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
To Make Curd Dip
Curd – 200 Ml
Chaat Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
A Pinch Of Salt

Method
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, green chilies and onions.
Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame stirring regularly.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
Cook for few minutes till the mixture turns dry.
Before switching off the heat add garam masala.
Keep aside to cool.
Mix wheat flour, carom seeds, salt and water and knead it to get a dough
Divide the dough into equal sized dough balls
Flatten the dough balls and place the cooled filling in the centre
Fold the flattened dough with the filling into a parcel
Flatten it again and roll it out
Roll out all the dough balls in the same way
Heat a tawa
Place the rolled out parathas onto the hot tawa
Flip the paratha once it is cooked on one side
Add some oil on the edges and cook on both the sides till they turn golden
Serve the Spicy Masala Tomato and Onion Paratha hot.
Curd Dip
Take some curd in a bowl
Add chaat masala, chili powder, a pinch of salt and some coriander leaves to the curd
Mix well and serve it immediatley
