Cook time: 30 mins
Number of servings: 3-4 persons

Ingredients

Mushroom – 400 Gms
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Clove & Cardamom Pods)
Fennel Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Onion – 3 Nos Thinly Sliced 
Green Chili – 2 Nos Slit 
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
Tomato – 3 Nos Finely Chopped
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Water – 1/4 Cup
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves 

Method
Heat a pan with some oil, add the whole spices and fry them
Add onions and saute them
Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and saute along
Once the onions are golden brown in color, add the tomatoes and saute
Add salt, spice powders and cook till the tomatoes are soft and cooked well
Add the mushroom pieces and mix well
Close and cook for 10 mins
Add some water and mix well
Finally add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well
Serve the mushroom masala hot with roti or rice.
