Matka Dahi | Homemade Curd (Yogurt) Recipe

Matka Dahi
Ingredients
Milk – 1 glass
Curd – 2 tsp
Method:
1.Boil 1 glass of milk for two matka and boil till it is reduced.
2.Let it cool from boiling temperature to warm temperature and pour it in your hands and make sure it is warm enough.
3.Take 2 tsp of Curd in a cup and whisk it.
4.Pour 2 tsp of whisked curd in one glass and warm milk in one glass and mix it both.
5.Now, pour it into the matka and seal it with cling wrap.
6.Keep it in a warm place for about two hours till it sets.
Refrigerate it and serve chilled & fresh Dahi.
