Ingredients

To Make Dough
Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Salt – 1 Tsp
Oil – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Water

To Make Masala Filling
Ghee – 1/4 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Ajwain – 1 Tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 Tbsp

Today we are going to see making of delicious Masala Paratha recipe . Masala Paratha is variation of plain paratha recipe with some masala spices , herbs, ghee added to it. Making of masala paratha involves preparation of paratha dough followed my preparing filling . Suffed masala Paratha dough can be prepared in a similar way as plain paratha with wheat flour and Masala filling preparation involves adding ghee, coriander leaves , salt, chilli powder, Masala Powder,cumin powder,Ajwain,Kasurimethi into a bowl and mix well . Later prepare paratha rolls by putting the masala filling in a paratha and roll like parathas. Cook the parathas on both sides on a pan thus masala parathas are prepares. These spicy masala rotis are so yummy that everyone would love to eat more and more. We can also prepare aloo paratha,peas paratha,veg paratha with same dough and different filling . These parathas are so yummy and perfectly prepared with instructions in the video.Hope you try this yummy recipe and enjoy.
