Lehsuni Methi Roti

Ingredients

Garlic – 6 to 7 cloves chopped
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Salt to taste
A Pinch of Turmeric powder
Chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 Tsp
Kasuri methi – 2 Tsp
Methi leaves
Curd – 2 Tsp
Water
Ghee

Method

Chop and pound the garlic
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain, kasuri methi, garlic, fresh fenugreek leaves, curd
Mix everything well and gradually add water
Knead the dough well
Let the dough sit for 10 mins
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out
Heat a tawa and place the rolled out roti
Apply some ghee on both sides and cook well
Serve the Lehsuni Methi Roti hot
