Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
White Sesame Seeds – 1/4 Tsp
Green Chilli – 3 Nos Chopped
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Garlic
Water
Oil For Frying

I am gonna show you all a nice snack recipe today. It’s called Kothimbir Vadi. This one is a famous snack recipe from Maharashtrian cuisine. It is basically made from lots of coriander leaves and gram flour. This is a crispy vada style snack which is perfect alongside a hot cup of tea or coffee on your breezy evenings.
