Ingredients

To make onion tomato paste-

Oil – 1 tbsp
Whole spices – peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom
Onion – 2 nos. Chopped
Ginger – a picep chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves chopped
Tomatoes – 2 nos finely chopped
Water

To make kadai panner –

Oil – 1 tbsp
Panner – 400 grams
Onion
Capsicum
Oil – 2 tsp
Ground masala paste
Water
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Fried panner
Sauteed onion and capsicum
Water – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi

Method

Chop Paneer roughly and keep them in a bowl.
Heat some oil in a kadai and fry the paneer pieces
Take them out once they are golden brown in color, keep them aside
Similarly fry the onion and capsicum wedges and keep them aside
To the same kadai add oil, and whole spices, roast the whole spices
Add ginger, garlic, onion, tomatoes, salt and saute them well
Once they are cooked well, let them cool and grind it to a fine paste
In a kadai, add some oil, strain and add the ground masala paste and some water and bring it to a boil
Add salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala
Once the gravy thickens and oil separates add the fried paneer, onion and capsicum wedges and close and cook for about 10 mins (Add water if required)
Finally, add some crushed kasuri methi, add in the fresh cream and turn off the stove
To assemble the kadai paneer sliders, take the buns, place some lettuce at the bottom, place the kadai paneer filling, grate some cheese, place tomato and onion slices
Close the buns and serve them hot
