Ingredients

For Peanut powder
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Urad dal – 2 tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Ul3EZi)
White Sesame seeds – 2 tsp (BUY: https://amzn.to/2v1DMXR)
Red chilli – 6 (Buy: https://amzn.to/37DAVT1)
Dry grated Coconut – 2 tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/393XgcY)

For Tempering
Gingelly oil – 2 tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2GUoDKd)
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3aRy6Qt)
Peanuts – 1 tbsp
A few Curry leaves
Rice (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RD40bC)
Salt to taste (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
Ghee – 2 tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RBvKxw)

Method:
1. First step is to make an Peanut powder, heat Gingelly oil, add Peanuts, Urad dal, Sesame seeds, Red chilli & dry roast it till it turns golden brown colour. Finally add the dry grated coconut & sauté it for a few minutes.
2. Cool the mixture & grind in to a coarse powder.
3. Next step is to temper the ingredients, heat Gingelly oil, add Mustard seeds, once the mustard seeds starts splattering add Peanuts, Curry leaves & sauté it for a few minutes.
4. Then add cooked/left over Rice, Salt & mix it well with temper ingredients.
5. Now, add the Peanut powder & mix it well. Finally add the Ghee to the rice & mix it well.
6. Serve hot with chips/papad.
