Kaara chutney is a red, spicy, fiery chutney which goes wonderfully well with all kinds of Indian tiffins like Idli, Dosa, Utappam, Bonda, Appam, Paniyaram, etc. This chutney is a very basic recipe which involves onions and tomatoes mainly along with a few condiments and regular tempering. Any day, this freshly made chutney is so superior over the regular plain chutneys. Or you can also pair it up with plain coconut chutney by the side to enjoy the best of both worlds wherein there is spiciness on one side and coconut mildness on the other side. Watch this video fully to get step-by-step guidance, make it and enjoy it with your family and friends.
