Method:
1. To a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, sugar, salt, oil and mix is quickly.
2. Gradually add water and knead it until the dough in paliable.
3. Rub some oil on the sure and leave it for 30 mins.
4. After 30 mins, roll the dough and start portioning it.
5. Take two dough balls and flatten it a little bit with hands.
6. Apply oil on top of each dough.
7. Place one over the other.
8. Dust it and start rolling. Make sour the roti is nice and thin.
9. Heat the tawa, start toasting the roti.
10. Once the brown spots appear, apply ghee on both sides and toast it.
11. Delicious soft Dosti Roti is ready.
12. This can be had with chicken curry, or any gravy of your choice.

Capsicum – 1 No.

Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

Method:
1. To a kadai, add oil and ghee.
2. Add cumin, fennel, onions, green chillies and saute them.
3. Once the onions turns transparent, add capsicum.
4. Pound garlic and ginger. Add this to the onion mixture and saute until the raw smell goes.
5. Add tomato and saute.
6. Add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook until the raw smell goes.
7. Crumble the paneer using your hands.
8. Add the crumbled paneer to the masala and mix.
9. Finish it with garam masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves.
10. Paneer bhurji is ready.
