Diwali Sweet – Bread Rasmalai | Ventuno Home Cooking

Bread Rasmalai
Ingredients

Bread slices -4

For Rabdi
Milk – 2 cups
Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
Saffron in Milk
Sugar – 3 to 4 tbsp
Mixed nuts (Cashew nuts & Pistachio) – 1/2 cup
A pinch of Cardamom powder

Method:
Making Rabdi
1. Add 2 cups of Milk in a sauce pan.
2. Then add the Condensed Milk & keep stirring it till milk thickening & reduced to half.
3. Add Sugar according to your taste, Cardamom powder & keep stirring till milk has thickened.
4. Then add Saffron in Milk, Mixed nuts (Cashew nuts & Pistachio) & keep stir it.
5. Turn off the stove & let it cool down completely. Keep the Rabdi in refrigerator because its best served chill.
6. Cut the Bread slices into circles. Pour the chilled Rabdi on to the bread slices.
7. Delicious easy Bread Rasmalai ready in minutes. Serve it always cold.
