Ingredients

Paneer – 200 Gms
Onion – 2 Nos Thinly Sliced
Green Chilli – 2 Nos Finely Chopped
Ginger
A Few Chopped Coriander Leaves
A Few Mint Leaves

Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/38sr0QZ)
Besan/gram Flour – 1/2 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/38NxNUP)

Water

Method:
1. Grate the paneer and put it in a bowl.
2. To this add, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, asafoetida powder and mix them well.
3. Now add gram flour and rice flour.
4, Mix well so that the everything is coated with the masala powder.
5. Sprinkle little water and mix it.
6. Heat some oil for deep frying.
7. Taka a portion of the pakora mixture and drop it in the oil
8. Deep fry them until they are golden brown colour.
