No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake:
Ingredients

Digestive Biscuit – 400 Gms
Sugar – 150 Gms
Cocoa Powder – 50 Gms
Water – 200 Ml
Unsalted Butter – 150 Gms
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp
Walnut – 1 Cup

To Make Chocolate Ganache
Fresh Cream – 1 Cup (200 Ml)
Dark Chocolate – 200 Gms

Method:
Break the biscuits into small pieces and take it in a bowl
Heat a pan and toast walnuts and add half of it to the biscuits and keep the rest aside
In a pan add sugar and cocoa powder.
Gradually add water, and stir well
Place it over medium heat.
Add butter and mix well
Bring to boil for about 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Add vanilla extract and set aside to cool
Pour the syrup over the biscuits and mix well
Transfer the mixture into a cake tin
Press down the biscuit mixture evenly
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Heat a pan add cream and let it heat up
Add chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
Pour ganache over the chocolate biscuit cake and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours
Garnish with toasted nuts and serve.

Eggless Chocolate Cake:

Ingredients
Maida – 1 1/2 CUP
Sugar – 1 CUP
Cocoa powder – 1/4 CUP
Baking powder – 2 TSP
Baking soda – 1 1/2 TSP
Oil – 1/2 CUP
Milk – 1 CUP
Vanilla essence – 1 TSP
Hot water – 1/2 CUP
Oil
Maida
Fresh cream – 200 ML
Dark chocolate – 250 GMS
Chocolate wafers

Method
In a bowl, mix maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and keep this aside
In another bowl, mix oil, milk, vanilla essence and this to the dry ingredients
Mix everything well
Add hot water and mix well
Grease the baking tin with oil and flour. Dust off the excess
Pour the cake batter into the tin
Heat a pressure cooker with rock salt, place a stand at the bottom, place a plate on top of the stand and place the tin on the plate
Close the pressure cooker and bake the cake for 90 mins
Take the cake out and let it cool completely
Heat a saucepan, add fresh cream, chocolate pieces and mix well
Turn off the stove when the chocolate is completely melted, keep it aside
Take the cake out from the tin
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake
Decorate the cake with chocolate wafers
Delicious soft and moist Chocolate Cake is ready
