Caramel Custard
Ingredients

Milk – 250 ml (1 cup)
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Egg – 3 nos
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Butter
Boiling Water

For Caramel
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Water – 3 Tbsp

Method:
1. Take a pan pan (Buy :https://goo.gl/tJY9i) add milk and sugar. Heat the milk till the sugar dissolves.
Note: Do not boil the milk.
2. Let the milk comes to room temperature and add eggs. Whisk (Buy:https://goo.gl/lNLY2s) milk and eggs together nicely.
3. Add vanilla extract and once again whisk to blend it fine.
4. Brush the ramekins (Buy: https://goo.gl/VwuVVN )with little butter.
5. Heat an another pan, add sugar and water. When sugar caramelizing Turn off the stove.
6. Add teaspoon of the caramel to the bottom of the ramekin bowls.
7. Fill it up with custard. Pour boiling water in to the tray.
8. Bake the custard at 160 degree centigrade for 40 minutes. (Buy :https://goo.gl/YzFG8k )
9. After 40 minutes, release the caramel custard from the sides. Place a plate on the bowl and turn it upside down gently.
The most delicious caramel custard is ready to taste!
