Capsicum Paneer | Ventuno Home Cooking – Vegetarian

Capsicum Paneer Recipe – Vegetarian
Ingredients

Paneer – 200 gms
Capsicum – 1 chopped
Pre-cooked Peas – 50 gms
Onion – 2 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Oil – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Sabji masala powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cinnamon – 1
Clove – 2
Cardamom – 1
Bayleaf – 1

Method:
1. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Bayleaf, Onion & sauté it for a few minutes.
2. Once onion turns transparent add Capsicum & sauté it for another few minutes.
3. Wait for the onion to turn brown then add Tomatoes, Pre-cooked Peas & mix them well.
4. Now add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Sabji masala powder & mix well.
5. Once all the masala blended well with vegetables add the Paneer & mix them well.
6. Finally add Kasuri methi & mix well.
7. Serve this delicious Capsicum Paneer masala hot with chapati, roti,or rice.
