Ingredients

Water – 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 1/2 Cup ( 75 GMS )
Banana – 5
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coconut Pieces
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Rice Flour – 2 Tbsp
Ghee

Method
Heat some water in a pot, add jaggery and let it melt
Turn off the stove once the jaggery is fully dissolved
To a bowl, add the chopped banana pieces, strain the jaggery syrup over the banana pieces and mash them
Add cardamom powder, coconut pieces and mix well
Add wheat flour, rice flour and mix well
Add water gradually and mix well
Heat a paniyaram skillet with some ghee
Add the paniyaram batter to the skillet
Flip the paniyarams once it is cooked on one side
Cook both sides till the turn to a golden brown color
Banana Paniyarams are ready to be served
