Tawa Paneer

Ingredients

To Marinate Paneer
Paneer – 400 GM
Curd – 3 TBSP
Kashmiri Red Chill Powder – 2 TSP
Garam Masala Powder – 2 TSP
Salt – 1 TSP

To make Tawa Paneer Masala
Oil – 2 TBSP
Large Onion – 1 Chopped
Tomato – 3 Chopped
Green Chili – 3 Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 TSP
Large Capsicum – 1 Sliced
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 TSP
Kashmiri Red Chill Powder – 1 TSP
Coriander Powder – 1 TSP
Cumin / Jeera Powder – 1TSP
Chat Masala – 1 TSP
Salt – 1/2 TSP
Water

Method:
1. Mix paneer with curd, red chili powder, garam masala and salt
2. Marinate it for 10 mins
3. Heat a tawa with some oil, add onions, green chilies and saute till the onions turn brown
4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
5. Add tomatoes and saute till its cooked
6. Add capsicum, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt and saute well
7. Add some water and cook for 10 mins
8. Once the oil separates from the masala, add the marinated paneer pieces and stir well
9. Cook the paneer for 5 mins and add kasuri methi and coriander leaves
10. Serve the tawa paneer hot.

Paneer Pulao

Ingredients

Paneer – 200 gms
Basmati rice – 1 cup ( soaked )
Onions – 2 nos ( thinly sliced )
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Carrots – 1 cup
Beans – 1 cup
Peas – 1 cup
Green chilli – 2 nos
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Bay leaf
Cardamom
Cloves
Pepper
Cinnamon
Water
Salt

Method

1.Fry the paneer pieces till they are golden brown in color
2.Soak the basmati rice for about 30 minutes
3.Heat a pressure cooker with some oil and ghee, roast the whole spices
4.Add onions and green chilies and fry them till they are golden brown in color
5.Add the vegetables and saute them
6.Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and saute them
7.Add garam masala, lemon juice, and the fried paneer pieces and mix well
8.Add the soaked basmati rice and add enough water and pressure cook it for one whistle
9.Serve it hot with onion raita

Paneer butter masala

Ingredients

Paneer – 300 Gms
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 2 Nos Chopped
Red Chili – 10 Nos
Tomato – 3 Nos Chopped
Cashew Nuts – 1/4 Cup
Ghee – 3 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder – 2 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
Unsweetened Khoa – 50 Gms
Milk – 3 Tbsp
Fresh Cream – 2 Tbsp
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Water
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat some oil in a kadai, add onions, red chilies, tomatoes, and cashews and saute till they are completely cooked
2. Add salt and water to help them cook evenly and faster
3. Cool the ingredients and grind them to a smooth paste
4. Heat a kadai with some ghee, add red chili powder
5. Pour in the ground paste and add garam masala, salt, coriander leaves and kasuri methi
6. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low flame
7. Add cream, koya (grind it in a mixer jar with some milk to get a fine paste) and mix well
8. Add chopped paneer and stir it well for about 2 mins
9. Turn off the stove and serve it hot with a dollop of butter.
