  • Thanks for sharing. I didn't add in any semolina / Rava as I don't have that, so I added in some flour as the mixture was too watery. I added curry leaves, cumin seeds , curry powder, pepper, salt, stock powder to give it a taste as we eat it with no curry. Thanks for showing your method of shaping and frying. I tested the batter by dropping a small ball into a bowl of water, if it float up, that's mean it is ok otherwise have to beat by hand to cooperate the air into the batter before adding the chopped onion.
