Curry leaves
Tamarind – small amla size
Sambar Kuzhambu powder – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp
Pepper Corns – 10
Cumin Seeds – 10
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt to taste
Gingelly oil – 5 tbsp
