Small onion – 4 to 5
Tamarind – little
Green Chilli – 1 (or) 2
Salt to taste
Hotel Style Coconut Chutney :
Coconut – ½ cup
Small Onion – 4
Green Chilli – 1
Ginger – little
Roasted Peanut – 1 tbsp
Roasted Gram dal – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chettinad Korada (Chilli Chutney)
Small Onion – 30
Garlic – 15
Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
To Grind:-
Red Chilli – 10
Tamarind – amla size
Jaggery – as per your taste
Urad dal – ½ tsp
