Roasted gram dal – 4 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
Ginger – little
Green Chilli – 1
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:-
Oil – ½ tsp
Mustard & Urad dal – ½ tsp
Red Chilli – 1
CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY:
Curry leaves – a handful
Onion – 1
Red Chilli – 4
Tamarind – little
Black (or) White Urad dal – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
RED CHILLI CHUTNEY:
Black Urad dal – 3 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli – 7
Small Onion – 10
Garlic – 8
Tamarind – amla size
Gingelly Oil – 3 tbsp
Jaggery – little
CORIANDER CHUTNEY:
Coriander leaves – a handful
Small onion – 5
Green Chilli – 1
Ginger – little
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard & Urad Dal – ½ tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
