For Jaggery Syrup :
Palm Jaggery + Jaggery – 300 g
Water – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry Ginger Powder – 1/4 tsp
Vellai Paniyaram :
Ingredients :
Raw Rice – 1 cup ( 200 g )
Idli Rice – 1/2 cup ( 100 g )
Urad Dal – 2 tbsp
Coconut – A Handful
Salt to taste
Suzhiyam – Susiyam :
Ingredients :
Raw Rice – 1 cup
Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
Salt – A Pinch
Pooranam :
Soaked Moong Dal – 100 g
Grated Coconut – 7 tbsp
Jaggery Powder – As per your taste
Dry Ginger Powder – A Pinch
Cardamom Powder – A Pinch
Ghee – 1/4 tsp
