Red Chilli powder – a pinch
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Garlic – 4
Green Chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Ingredients for Gravy :
Tomato – 3
Onion – 1
Cashew nuts – 10
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder – ¾ tbsp
Fennel Seed powder – ½ tbsp
Garam Masala powder – ¼ tbsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Oil – 1tbsp

For Seasoning :
Fennel seed – ¼ tsp
Cumin seed – ¼ tsp
