Brinjal Poriyal
Ingredients:-
Katharikai / Brinjal – ¼ kg
Crushed Garlic – 4
Onion – 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Chilli powder – ½ tbsp
Fennel seed – ½ tsp
Amchur / Dry Mango Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Muttaikose / Cabbage Poriyal
Ingredients:-
Cabbage – ¼ kg
Pasi Paruppu / Moong dal – 50 gm
Onion – 4 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2
Coconut – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard – ¼ tsp
Urad Dal – ½ tsp

Paneer Peas Poriyal
Ingredients:-
Peas – 200 gm
Paneer – 100 gm
