For Rotti

Ragi Flour – 100 g
Soaked Red Poha / Flattened Rice – 100 g
Salt to taste
Drumstick Leaves – A Handful
Onion – 1

Day 2 – Varagu Pongal

Ingredients : ( Serves 2 )

Kodo Millet / Varagu – 150 g
Moong Dal – 50 g
Water – 4 cups
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp

For Tempering :

Oil – 1 tsp
Pepper Corns – Few
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Grated Ginger – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – Few

Day 3 – Ragi Red Rice Dosa

Ingredients :

Red Rice – 200 g
Ragi / Finger Millet – 200 g
Urad Dal – 75 g
Salt to taste

Day 4 – Kambu Adai Dosa

Ingredients :

Pearl Millet / Kambu – 200 g
Urad Dal – 50 g
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – Little
Red Chilli – 2
Mint Leaves – A Handful
Salt to taste
Big Onion – 1

Day 5 – Black Rice Kanji / Kavuni Arisi Kanji

Ingredients :

Black Rice / Kavuni – 200 g
Water – 300 ml
Salt to taste

For Tempering :

Oil – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds ,Mustard Seeds,Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp each
Green Chilli – 1
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida – A Pinch
Big Onion – 1

Day 6 – Pesarattu Dosa

Ingredients :

Green Moong Dal – 1 cup ( 100 g)
Kodo Millet / Varagu – 1 cup ( 100 g)
Moong Dal – 1/2 cup ( 50 g)
Urad Dal – 1/4 cup ( 25 g)
Ginger – Little
Green Chilli – 1
Salt to taste

Day 7 – Wheat Puttu

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour – 1 cup

For Tempering :

Oil – 1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal – 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts – Few ( optional )
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Big Onion – 1
Curry Leaves
