Today’s Recipe:-
4 types of Rasam :
Ingredients:-
Omavalli (Ajwain Leaves) Rasam
Omavalli leaves – 6
Tomato – 1
Tamarind – a small amla size
Boiled Toor dal – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli – 4
Green Chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Oil – 1 tsp
Ghee- ¼ tsp
Jaggery – optional
To Grind:-
Garlic – 6
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper corn – ½ tsp

Instant Rasam :
Tomato – 1
Tamarind – Small amla size
Red Chilli – 4
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Oil – 1 tsp
Ghee – ¼ tsp
Jaggery – a pinch
To Grind:-
Garlic – 6
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper corns – ½ tsp
Curry leaves
For Seasoning:-
Mustard & Cumin seed – ¼ tsp
Fenugreek seed – ¼ tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch

Coriander Rasam :
Tomato – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Red Chilli – 2
Tamarind – small amla size
Boiled Toor dal – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Jaggery – a pinch
To Grind:-
Garlic – 6
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Pepper corns – ¼ tsp

Tomato Rasam :
Boiled tomato – 1
Tamarind – a little
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Boiled Toor dal – 1 tbsp
Jaggery (or) Sugar – a pinch
Salt to taste
To Grind:-
Garlic – 5
Red Chilli – 2
Pepper Corn – ½ tsp
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
