Potatoes: 1 medium sized (boiled and peeled)
Beetroot: 1 medium sized (boiled and peeled)
Cucumber: 1 small
Butter: as required

Sauce: as required
Nutrients:
Sodium, Potassium, Carbohydrate, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, Magnesium, Iron
