Ingredients:
Ingredients for Mathri ( 1 cup = 250 ml)
1 cup wheat flour/ gehu ka aata
1/3 cup semolina/ suji
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1/2 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain
10-12 crushed pepper corns/ kuti kali mirch

1/2 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
2 tbsp ghee for kneading the dough
Water/ pani as required

Ghee or oil/ tel for deep frying mathri

Besan Ladoo Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
Mota Besan / Gram Flour (coarse) = 2 Cups
Cheeni powder / Powdered Sugar = 1 Cup
Ghee = 1/2 Cup
Elaichi powder / Cardamom powder = 1/4th tsp
Kishmish / Raisins = 1 tsp
Badaam / Almond (sliced)= 4-5
Kaju / Cashewnuts (chopped) = 4-5

Ingredients for Namak pare: (1 cup = 250 ml)
2 cups whole wheat flour/ gehu ka atta
1/2 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain or as per taste
5 tbsp oil/ tel to knead the dough and
for making namak pare
1/2 cup water/ paani for kneading the dough
Oil/ Tel for frying the namak pare

Ingredients for Dry Fruit Ladoo (1 cup = 200 ml)
1 cup dates/ khajoor
1/2 cup raisins/ manuke
1/2 cup figs/ sukha anjeer
1/3 cup almonds/ badaam
1/3 cup pistachios/ pista
1/3 cup cashew nuts/ kaju
1 tbsp ghee
1/3 tsp cardamom powder/ elaichi powder

Ingredients for Masala Sev (1 cup = 200 ml):
2 cup Besan/ Gram flour
1/4 tsp Ajwain/Carom seeds
1/4 tsp Haldi/ Turmeric powder
1 tsp Lal Mirch Powder/ Red chilli powder
3/4 tsp Namak/ Salt
1/8 tsp Hing/ Asafoetida
2-2.5 cups Tel/ Oil for frying Sev and adding to the dough
1/2 cup Pani/ Water

Ingredients for Mawa Gujiya:
For the Gujiya cover:
1 cup refined flour/ Maida
1 cup wheat flour/ atta
1/4 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
1/3 to 1/2 cup water/ paani or as required
2 tbsp ghee

For Gujiya Stuffing;
1 cup khoya/ mawa
2 tbsp semolina/ suji
2 tbsp dessicated coconut/ sukha nariyal
3/4 cup powdered sugar/ cheeni powder or as per taste
8-10 sliced pistachios/ pista
8-10 chopped cashewnuts/ kaju
8-10 sliced almonds/ badaam
1/2 tbsp raisins/ kishmish
1/2 tsp cardamom powder/ elaichi powder
1/2 tbsp ghee
Ghee or Oil for deep frying the Gujiya
