Masala pav recipe #shorts
Description :
Masala pav is very easy to make. Try this authentic mumbai street food at home. It’s buttery and spicy.
Ingredients (1 cup = 200 ml)
2-3 buns/ pav
1 tbsp butter/ makhan + extra for roasting pav
1/4 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1 small green chilli/ hari mirch
2-3 cloves of garlic/ lehsun
1/2 inch ginger/ adrak
1 small onion/ pyaaz + extra for garnishing
2 small tomatoes/ tamatar
1 small capsicum/ simla mirch
1/8 tsp turmeric powder/ haldi
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder/ lal mirch powder
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala or 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala +1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
Salt/ Namak as per taste (use very less if using salted butter for the recipe)
1/3 cup Water/ Paani
Coriander leaves/ Dhaniya patte
Lime/ Nimbu
