Ingredients for Aliv/ Halim Ladoos (1 cup = 200 ml)
2 tbsp Aliv Seeds (Halim/ Garden Cress seeds)
3/4 cup Water/ Pani or Coconut water/ Nariyal Pani or as required for soaking the seeds
1 to 1.5 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup grated Jaggery/ Gud
1 cup fresh grated Coconut/ taaza kaddukas Nariyal
A few Almonds (Badam), Cashew nuts (Kaju) and Pistachios (Pista) are optional
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder/ Elaichi powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder/ Jaiphal powder
