Ingredients for Makhana Namkeen:
50 grams Makhana or Foxnuts or Lotus Seeds

2-3 tsp Ghee/ Oil/ Homemade Butter
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Pepper powder (Kali Mirch)
1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste (Namak)

Ingredients for Nachni Ambil (Ragi Soup):
1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
2½ cups Water (Paani)
1/3rd cup Ragi atta (Nachni atta)
4-5 Curry leaves (Kari patta)
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
3-4 cloves of Garlic (Lehsun) crushed
2 green chillies (Hari Mirch) chopped
3/4th tsp Salt (Namak) or as per taste
3/4th tsp sugar (Shakkar) or as per taste
1 tbsp Ghee
A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
Coriander leaves (Dhaniya Patta) for granishing

Ingredients for Idli Fry:
4 idlis
4 tbsp oil/ tel
3/4 tsp mustard seeds/ rai
2 green chillies/ hari mirch slit vertically

A generous pinch of asafoetida/ hing
1/3 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp sugar/ cheeni

Ingredients for Namak para:
2 cups whole wheat flour/ gehu ka atta
1/2 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain or as per taste
5 tbsp oil/ tel to knead the dough and
for making namak pare
1/2 cup water/ paani for kneading the dough
Oil/ Tel for frying the namak pare

Ingredients for Mungfali ke Ladoo:
1 cup = 200 ml
1 cup peanuts (groundnuts)/ mungfali ke daane
1/2 cup jaggery powder or as required/ gud ki powder
3 tsp ghee (melted) or as required/ pighla hua ghee
powder of 3-4 green cardamom/ hari elaichi
