Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Sabji:
2 cups Cauliflower florets/ Gobi (150 gm)
1 medium Potato/ Aloo chopped
1 medium Tomato/ Tamatar chopped
1 medium Onion/ Pyaaz chopped
1/2 inch Ginger/ Adrak peeled and finely chopped
2-3 Garlic cloves/ Lehsun peeled and finely chopped
3 tbsp Mustard oil/ Rai ka Tel
Salt as per taste/ Swaad anusar namak
1/4th tsp Cumin seeds/ Jeera
1/4th tsp Turmeric powder/ Haldi
3/4th tsp Red Chilli powder/ Lal Mirch powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder/ Dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
a few Coriander Leaves/ Dhaniya patta for garnishing
