Singhara atta roti ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)

1 cup Singhara atta/ Water chestnut flour
1/4 cup sukha Singhara atta/ Water chestnut flour for rolling the rotis
4 madhyam aakar ke Alu/ medium sized potatoes
1 barik kati hui Hari mirch/ finely chopped green chilli or as per taste
1/4 tsp Kali mirch powder/ black peppercorn powder
1 tbsp barik kata hua Dhaniya patta/ finely chopped Coriander leaves
Sendha namak/ Rock salt as per taste
Tel/ Oil
