Ingredients for Chapati Ladoo:
2 chapatis/ Indian flatbreads made of wheat
3/4 cup jaggery/ gud or as required
2 tbsp ghee
1-2 tbsp chopped dried fruits and nuts/ sookha mewa
1-2 tbsp milk/ doodh
Ingredients for Moong Sprouts Cheela (1 cup= 250 ml)
1 1/2 cups sprouted green moong/ ankurit sabut moong
4-5 cloves of garlic/ lehsun peeled and chopped
1 inch piece of ginger/ adrak peeled and chopped
1-2 green chillies or as per taste
1 tsp salt or as required
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3/4 cup water or as required
Ingredients for Vegetable Pulao:
(1 cup= 200 ml)
1 cup Basmati rice/ chawal
2 1/2 cup water/ paani for cooking vegetables and rice
1/2 cup green peas/ matar
1/2 carrot/ gajar sliced or chopped
5-7 french beans/ farasbi chopped
3/4 cup cauliflower/ gobhi
2 tbsp ghee
1 green chilli
1 Bay leaf/ tejpatta
1 inch cinnamon/ dalchini
1 black cardamom/ badi elaichi
2-3 green cardamom/ elaichi
3-4 pepper corns/ kali mirch
2-3 cloves/ laung
1 tsp salt or as per taste
Chopped coriander leaves/ dhaniya patta for garnishing
