Description :
This masala puri is a yummy and healthy tea time snack. Serve it with some mango pickle and/ or a hot cup of chai for delicious mid meal snacking or breakfast!
Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
1 cup whole wheat flour/ gehu ka atta
1/4 cup gram flour/ besan
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1/4 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain
A pinch of asafoetida/ hing
1/2 tsp red chilli powder/ lal mirch powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder/ haldi
1/4 tsp coriander powder/ dhaniya powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder/ jeera powder
Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
1/2 tsp salt/ namak or as per taste
2 tbsp oil/ tel for kneading the dough
Oil/ tel for rolling the puris and frying them
1/2 cup water or as required
