This breakfast/ snack made from leftover chapatis or rotis is healthy and delicious! Serve it with some curd and a hot cup of tea 🙂
Ingredients
2 large sized chapatis broken into fine pieces
1.5 to 2 tbsp oil/ tel
1/4 tsp mustard seeds/ rai
1/4 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
2 green chillies/ hari mirch chopped
6-7 curry leaves/ kadi patta
1 smalll sized onion/ pyaaz chopped
12-15 peanuts/ moongfali ke daane
1/8 tsp turmeric powder/ haldi
A generous pinch of asafoetida/ hing
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
3/4 tsp sugar or as per taste
A few chopped coriander leaves/ dhaniya patta for garnishing
