સામગ્રી સુરતી ઘારી :

બાહ્ય સ્તર માટે:
– મેદો: 1 કપ
– ઘી: 2 ચમચી
– પાણી: 1/2 કપ

સ્ટફિંગ માટે:
– પિસ્તા: 1/3 કપ
– બદામ: 1/3 કપ
– માવો: 200 ગ્રામ (1 કપ)
– બેસન: 2 ચમચી
– ઘી: 2 ચમચી
– મિશ્રી (સાકર): 1 કપ
– મિશ્રી પાવડર: 1/3 કપ + 1 ચમચી
– એલચી પાવડર: 1/2 ચમચી

તળવા માટે:
– ઘી: 2 કપ

ગાર્નિશ માટે:
– ઘી: 1/2 કપ
– મિશ્રી પાવડર: 2 ચમચી
– પિસ્તા: તમારી મરજી

For the Outer Layer:
– Maida: 1 cup
– Ghee: 2 tsp
– Water: 1/2 cup

For the Stuffing:
– Pista: 1/3 cup
– Badam: 1/3 cup
– Mawa: 200g (1 cup)
– Besan: 2 tbsp
– Ghee: 2 tsp
– Mishri (sakar): 1 cup
– Mishri Powder: 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
– Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp

For Frying:
– Ghee: 2 cups

For Garnish:
– Ghee: 1/2 cup
– Mishri Powder: 2 tsp
– Pista: as per requirement
