Brinjals – 380gms
Tomatoes – 500gms
Green Chilies – 9
Red Chilies – 3
Tamarind – Little
Fenugreek Seeds – 1/4tsp
Black Gram – 3tsps
Mustard Seeds – 1 1/2tsps
Turmeric Powder – 1/4tsp
Asafoetida – 1/8tsp
Salt to Taste
Coriander for Garnishing
Oil – 8tsps
